PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of pre-orders will incur a 15% processing fee. No exceptions will be made.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders containing pre-order products will be held until all items in the order have been released or have arrived.

CAN YOU SEND SOME OF WHAT I ORDERED EARLY?

If you would like part of your order sent ahead of time, an additional shipping charge of R350 will apply if the items being sent do not meet the R3,500 free-shipping threshold.

QUANTITY & ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

We reserve the right to adjust the quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, and you will be notified of any changes.

Pre-orders may be subject to allocation. If available quantities become more limited, we will fulfil orders in the order they were received.
