Delivery Policy

We deliver nationwide. No matter where you are located in South Africa, you can safely purchase from Geek Stop directly on our online store. We do not ship internationally.

Delivery Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. Free delivery applies to orders over R3,500.00. Please note that orders containing multiple items may affect the final shipping cost, and we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees where applicable. You will be notified of any adjustments.

Dispatch Schedule

Orders are processed and dispatched on Mondays or Thursdays. We reserve the right to determine the dispatch day in order to consolidate shipments efficiently. Orders placed after the dispatch cutoff will be held for the next available dispatch date.

Delivery Timeframes

Overnight Courier — 3 to 5 business days. Please allow extra time for delivery to outlying areas.

Early Dispatch / Split Orders

Should you wish to split part of an order to be sent ahead of time, an additional shipping charge of R350 will apply.

Quantity and Order Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and you will be notified of any changes.

Tracking & Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be contacted by our transport division who will provide you with tracking information and daily updates on your order.
